28 Ateneo Press titles are finalists in the 39th National Book Awards

Twenty-eight titles published by the Ateneo de Manila University Press are finalists in the 39th National Book Awards.

The finalists, covering titles released in 2019 and 2020, were announced by the National Book Development Board and the Manila Critics Circle on Wednesday, 15 June 2022.

The National Book Awards, held yearly, "honors the most prestigious book titles written, designed, and published in the Philippines," according to the NBDB.

The awards night is scheduled to take place in July 2022, the NBDB said.

The titles published by the Ateneo Press are:

  • Finalist for History in Non-Literary Division
