Updates for Grade 7 and transfer applicants SY 2022-2023 from AJHS OAS

I. FOR GRADE 7 APPLICANTS SY 2022-2023:

1. An email was sent to ACCEPTED applicants on APRIL 29. This email contained the NEW STUDENT ID and instructions for CONFIRMATION PAYMENTS. As of today, there are still twenty (20) who have not opened this email. Please check the spam or flagged messages in the REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS on Ateneo Edusuite.

2. To facilitate matters regarding confirmation payments and enrollment instructions, AJHS-OAS will send a FINAL email to those who paid the CONFIRMATION FEE, and those who CONFIRMED on Ateneo Edusuite, as soon as Accounting reports and enrollment procedure are finalized. Please check the registered email address. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEW LINK FOR ENROLLMENT (K12 EDUSUITE) is different from the ADMISSIONS link. 

3. The results for VERY LATE APPLICANTS will be released on May 24, 2022.  Log in to your Ateneo Edusuite account to see the results. Please check the registered email address on Ateneo Edusuite for the follow-up email with the new student ID number and confirmation payment instructions. 

4. Appeals period is from June 1-15, 2022. The Admissions Committee will try to release the results before enrollment on June 27, or on the first week of July. Late enrollment is from July 14-15. 

II. FOR TRANSFER APPLICANTS (GRADES 8-9 SY 2022-2023)

The results for TRANSFER APPLICANTS (Grades 8-9) will be released on May 24, 2022 through Ateneo Edusuite. Log in to your account to view the results and wait for the follow-up email with the NEW STUDENT ID number and confirmation payment instructions.

III. FOR FINANCIAL AID APPLICANTS FOR SY 2022-2023

Results will be sent through email on the first week of June, at the earliest.

Please be reminded that it is important that applicants check their REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS on Ateneo Edusuite to get the updates.
