ASOG Dean Tuaño meets ALSE-OFLIFE alumni in Dubai

On 25 May 2024, Dr Philip Arnold P Tuaño, Dean of the Ateneo School of Government, met with around 20 alumni and secretariat members of the ALSE-OFLIFE group at the SKR Training Center in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. The group, led by Mr Jose Reynante “JR” Papel, chair, and Mr Jerome Sanchez, head of the secretariat, gathered for an insightful meeting hosted by Richard Paulo Deluria of the SKR Education group.

During the meeting, a brief socio-economic update on the Philippines was presented, along with the latest news from the ALSE-OFLIFE program, Ateneo de Manila University, and the Ateneo School of  Government. Plans were also outlined, including the upcoming ALSE-OFLIFE training sessions starting in June.

The OFLIFE group raised the need for additional resources for marketing and managing the ALSE program. The secretariat also presented plans to enhance their social media presence to better promote the program.
