Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo de Manila Institute presents Cuisines of the World: Asian Flavors, a 5-day program featuring four days of focused culinary training and one session on food business fundamentals.

Designed for individuals exploring the diverse flavors and techniques of Asian cuisine.

FULL PROGRAM (5 Days)
Fee: ₱35,000 per batch run
Special Offer: Ateneo student, alumni and employees get a 5% off! ( ₱33,250)
Ateneo student, alumni and employee's immediate family get a 2.5% off! ( ₱34,125)

1 DAY PROGRAM
Fee: ₱8,500 per batch run
Special Offer: Ateneo student, alumni and employees get a 5% off! ( ₱8,075)
Ateneo student, alumni and employee's immediate family get a 2.5% off! ( ₱7,874)

5 DAYS PROGRAM
(4 days of intensive and memorable culinary learning + 1 day Food Business 101 session)

OR

1 DAY PROGRAM
(Choose between Korean, Japanese, Chinese and/or Thai)

Perfect for both kitchen beginners & cooking pros who want to upskill!
> Small class size | Solo work station & individual work (will not be grouped for optimal learning)

Day 1: Korean (5 recipes per day)
Day 2: Japanese (5 recipes per day)
Day 3: Chinese (5 recipes per day)
Day 4: Thai (5 recipes per day)
Day 5: Food Business 101 (class date to be announced)

SCHEDULE
2nd Run - 19, 20, 21 & 22 August 

8:00 AM to 2:30 PM 
Day 1: Korean
Day 2: Japanese

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Day 3: Chinese + Ateneo Gallery Museum Tour
Day 4: Thai + Graduation Day

1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (date to be determined)
Day 5: Food Business 101 (with certification)

Program Inclusions:

  • All ingredients, use of all needed equipment, tools and wares
  • One apron and one chef’s hat
  • Certificate

For full-program (5 days):

  • Graduation (refreshments will be served)
  • Free guided group tour to the Ateneo Art Gallery
  • Food Business 101 (to be scheduled)

Once registered, to keep your slot, payment is required not later than 3 days after registration.
*Class run sched may be postponed or cancelled in case the minimum number of enrollees is not met
*Minimum of 10 students per run to ensure an enriching hands-on experience.
