Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo de Manila Institute presents Cuisines of the World: Asian Flavors, a 5-day program featuring four days of focused culinary training and one session on food business fundamentals.
Designed for individuals exploring the diverse flavors and techniques of Asian cuisine.

(4 days of intensive and memorable culinary learning + 1 day Food Business 101 session)

> Small class size | Solo work station & individual work (will not be grouped for optimal learning)

Day 3: Chinese + Ateneo Gallery Museum Tour
Day 4: Thai + Graduation Day
1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (date to be determined)
Day 5: Food Business 101 (with certification)
Program Inclusions:
- All ingredients, use of all needed equipment, tools and wares
- One apron and one chef’s hat

- Graduation (refreshments will be served)
- Free guided group tour to the Ateneo Art Gallery
- Food Business 101 (to be scheduled)
