A parallel session at the 20th International Conference on Waste Management and Technology (20th ICWMT 2025 / 2025 Waste Global Forum) will feature Dr. Emmanuel D. Delocado, Director of the Ateneo Institute of Sustainability.

Greening Education represents an important global dialogue on reimagining sustainability education across Higher Education Institutions. It will articulate on the integration of circular economy principles – including resource efficiency, waste minimization and value retention throughout product lifecycles – into business education. By considering economic, environmental and social perspectives, the session will help educators and students understand and apply circular-economy business models in real-world contexts – preparing them in their roles as future business leaders and decision makers who will foster innovation and advance sustainability goals.
