Using GenAI for Bullying Prevention Camp⁣

  • 16 May 2025 (Thursday)⁣
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM⁣
  • The Loft, Areté⁣

⁣
Multi-disciplinary teams of 2 to 4 members will be tasked with generating digital materials on the topic of bullying prevention for public grade school students. Familiarity with ChatGPT is a plus; however, input will also be provided on the use of GenAI tools, storytelling techniques, and bullying prevention strategies.⁣
⁣
Teams must be composed of students from at least two different disciplines and will collaborate with public grade school students, who will serve as key informants and contributors. By the end of the camp, teams are expected to ideate and produce digital materials using GenAI. Selected teams will receive support to further develop and evaluate their prototypes for possible scaling by the Department of Education. Projects may also be used to fulfill thesis or class requirements for SY 2025–2026.⁣
⁣

  • ChatGPT accounts will be provided.⁣
  • Lunch and snacks will be served.⁣
