Brief Description of the Topic:
Is 'balance' in well-being merely the presence of physical, social, and spiritual dimensions, or does it require a deeper, more integrated harmony? This session probes the nuanced interplay of the work and nonwork domains in an insightful dissertation, "Navigating the Work-Nonwork Interface: A Critical Realist Case Study on Female Employee Wellbeing," which received the Outstanding Dissertation Award. This recognition underscores the significance of advancing our understanding of the complexities surrounding female employee well-being within and outside the workplace.
