Flavors of Asia: Taste of West and Southeast Asia at RGLSOSS Week 2025
To mark the Dr. Rosita G. Leong School of Social Sciences (RGLSOSS) Week 2025, the Ateneo Center for Asian Studies (ACAS) warmly invites you to Flavors of Asia: Taste of West and Southeast Asia. Malaysian Chef Ramzu Nasri will prepare four of his signature dishes and serve them at the ACAS pop-up at the Gonzaga Cafeteria.
What: West and Southeast Asian dishes - Rendang Tok, Curry Laksa, Falafel Shawarma Wrap, Hummus with Pita Bread
When: 28- 29 April 2025, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: Gonzaga Cafeteria, 1/F Gonzaga Hall
Who: Chef Ramzu Nasri, Malaysian chef of distinctive expertise honed in top hotels and resorts such as Shangri-La, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Banwa Private Island in Palawan, and presently, executive chef of the halal-certified Hotel Berjaya in Makati.
