Ateneo Center for Asian Studies, with the support of AMPC, presents Flavors of Asia Taste of West and Southeast Asia from 28 -29 April 2025.
To mark the Dr Rosita G Leong School of Social Sciences Week 2025, the Ateneo Center for Asian Studies (ACAS) warmly invites you to Flavors of Asia: Taste of West and Southeast Asia. Malaysian Chef Ramzu Nasri will prepare four of his signature dishes and serve them at the ACAS pop-up at the Gonzaga Cafeteria.
What: West and Southeast Asian dishes:
Rendang Tok, Curry Laksa, Falafel Shawarma Wrap, Hummus with Pita Bread
When: 28- 29 April 2025, 11 am to 2 pm
Where: Gonzaga Cafeteria, 1/F Gonzaga Hall
Who: Chef Ramzu Nasri, Malaysian chef of distinctive expertise honed in top hotels and resorts such as Shangri-La, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Banwa Private Island in Palawan, and presently, executive chef of the halal-certified Hotel Berjaya in Makati.

Flavors of Asia is the ACAS cultural series highlighting the rich and diverse gastronomic traditions of Asia.
