Book Launch of 'A Guide for CLEP Students' by Atty. Axel Rupert M. Cruz
All law students are now required to undergo some form of Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP), or courses where the student learns the law through actual practice. Together with the Ateneo Legal Services Center (ALSC), CLEP students provide pro bono legal services to indigent and marginalized clients to expand the principle of access to justice in the Philippines. With this in mind, Atty. Axel Rupert M. Cruz, the Director of the ALSC and a professor of CLEP, has written and recently released a book entitled “A Guide for CLEP Students” which aims to help CLEP students navigate through the confusing, complex and sometimes scary world of litigation practice.
