Program Schedule Orientation: March 1 (NEW) Part 1: Basic Management Funcions Weeks 1–9 (March 3 - May 10) Accounting Business Finance Human Resource Management Business Statistics Quantitative Decision Making Operations Strategy Understanding Marketing & Promotions Digital Marketing Strategic Thinking Part 2: Family Business & Leadership Weeks 10-16 (May 11 - July 5) Managing Family Dynamics Professionalizing the Family Business Family Business Governance & Constitution Succession Planning Leadership & Change Management Business Ethics in Family Businesses Conducting Family Council Meetings Onsite Graduation & Networking (NEW) *All class sessions are done online via Zoom
