Breaking Sugar Habits
After the holiday flow of sweet treats, baked goods and hot cocoa, you'll have to admit - sugar can be addictive. With tips to curb a sweet habit, endocrinologist Anna Elvira S. Arcellana, MD, FPCP, FPCEDM from the Philippine College of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism (PCEDM) can share views to set your sights on a healthier you this year in a hybrid talk, "Breaking Sugar Habits," on February 17, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at Faura AVR.
