We are inviting everyone to join the fitness orientation entitled " Stretch your boundaries" . There will be a short talk and a free yoga session with Teacher Naomi Tan Mabasa. “Stretch your boundaries" is part of the Fitness program Swear it out, make it count. It is a collaborative program of the College Physical Education Program and the Office of the University Physician and Clinic, Higher Education Office of Health Services-Loyola Schools, with the support of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (OSH), and the Ateneo Food Safety and Nutrition Advisory Council (AFSNAC), with members from other unit offices and student organizations namely: Office for Food Safety and Quality Assurance (OFSQA),Ateneo Institute of Sustainability (AIS), Office of Student Activities (OSA), the Sanggunian ng mga Mag aaral ng Paaralang Loyola ng Ateneo de Manila (SANGGUNIAN), Pre-Medical Society of Ateneo (PMSA), Health Sciences Society (HSS), Council of Organizations of the Ateneo (COA), Ateneo Biological Association (Ateneo BOX), Ateneo Resident Students Association (ARSA), Fitness Improvement Team (FIT) and Ateneo Peers.
