CARDIO AEROBICS (Every Monday and Thursday, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at LSPE Dance studio)
Get your heart rate up and your large muscle groups working to increase endurance, lower blood pressure, lower your cardiovascular risk, and boost your bone density with P.E. Coach Rej Clemente.
VINYASA YOGA (Every Tuesday and Friday, 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm at LSPE Dance studio)
Seek to sync breathing with movement, improve mental focus, and help achieve a deeper state of inner peace with certified yoga instructor Ms. Naomi Tan-Mabasa.
CROSSFIT TRAINING (Every Wednesday and Friday, 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm at the LSPE Weights Gym)
This is high-intensity training that anyone can do. Help improve your physical and mental strength with certified CrossFit Coach Dino Mercado.
CORE WORK-OUTS (Every Tuesday ,5:15 pm - 6:15 pm and Thursday,5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at the MPR - LS PE)
It aims to improve overall fitness and offer variety and enjoyment through a structured series of exercises with certified Fit Filipino (FitFil) Movement National Fitness Leader Kiko Ramos.

“Sweat It Out, Make It Count” is a collaborative program involving the Higher Education Physical Education Programs, the Office of the Assistant Vice President for Health, Care, and Well-Being, the University Clinic, and the College Clinic. It is conducted in partnership with the Ateneo Food Safety and Nutrition Advisory Council (AFSNAC), alongside members from other unit offices and student organizations, namely: the Ateneo Institute of Sustainability (AIS), the Sanggunian ng mga Mag-aaral ng Paaralang Loyola ng Ateneo de Manila (SANGGUNIAN), the Pre-Medical Society of Ateneo (PMSA), the Health Sciences Society (HSS), the Council of Organizations of the Ateneo (COA), the Ateneo Biological Association (Ateneo BOX), the Ateneo Resident Students Association (ARSA), the Fitness Improvement Team (FIT), and Ateneo Peers.
