Start the year with positivity and purpose!

On January 18, 2025, Ateneo de Manila University invites everyone to Likasiyahan: A Joyful Climate Action Fair, which reimagines how we approach climate action.

Instead of your usual climate event, Likasiyahan celebrates joy, community, and the beauty of our planet. With parlor games, nature walks, free arts and wellness workshops, and vibrant booths, it promises a day to recharge, reconnect, and reignite our dedication to sustainability.

Climate Action and Connection

Likasiyahan invites us to embed our efforts in inspiration and connection, reminding us why we’re fighting in the first place.

Explore Ateneo’s Sustainability Journey

Don’t miss Walking the Talk: A Campus Sustainability Walk Around the Ateneo from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Hosted by the Ateneo Institute of Sustainability, this two-hour guided tour will showcase how the University leads by example and incorporates sustainability practices into its daily operations, such as reducing GHG emissions, planting pollinator pockets, managing waste, and more.

Spotlight on Coastal Cities at Risk

Explore the Coastal Cities at Risk in the Philippines (CCARPH) booth, a joint collaborative project of Ateneo, the Manila Observatory, and the National Resilience Council, which focuses on helping coastal cities tackle climate and disaster risks. Thanks to actionable science and innovative strategies, CCARPH’s partner communities are adapting to climate and disaster risk challenges.
Join the Celebration

The fair is packed with curated talks from climate experts, interactive booths from partner organizations, and creative workshops that will leave you inspired and ready to act. Best of all? It’s free and open to everyone.
