Brief Description of the Topic:
The entrepreneurial journey is significantly shaped by a range of psychological factors. In this presentation, I will highlight the psychological elements that influence new venture formation and development. Drawing on evidence-based insights from various collaborative research conducted in Asia, I will focus on the critical person-level and contextual factors that drive entrepreneurial outcomes. My goal is to equip educators with practical strategies to build resilience, reinforce venture commitment, and sharpen decision-making skills in aspiring entrepreneurs. Furthermore, I will explore how the latest research can redefine how we educate, mentor, and empower future entrepreneurial leaders.
