Brief Description of the Topic:
Using statistical process control and cluster analysis on blood collection data forecast errors, we classify blood bank facilities and regions in the Philippines into COVID-19 impact recovery trajectories. This informs policy on regional blood collection targets and resource allocation in preparation for future disasters and pandemics.
