"Start Right" A Calisthenics Workout Exercise
We would like to invite everyone to join the one-time free session entitled "Start Right" A Calisthenics Workout Exercise. This form of strength training exercise uses the resistance of your body and gravity to help strengthen your muscles and improve your coordination, endurance, and mobility. More importantly, this is a workout anyone can do! Registration is now ongoing until January 31, 2024, on a first-come, first-served basis through this link.
This is part of the Office of the University Physician and Clinic fitness program "Don't Sit, Get Fit".

"Start Right" A Calisthenics Workout Exercise is a collaborative program of the Office of the University Physician and Clinic and the Higher Education Office of Health Services - LS, Higher Education Physical Education Programs,with the support of the University Health Services (AGS, AJHS, ASHS, APS), Occupational Safety and Health Committee (OSH), and the Ateneo Food Safety and Nutrition Advisory Council (AFSNAC), with members from other unit offices and student organizations namely: Office for Food Safety and Quality Assurance (OFSQA), Ateneo Institute of Sustainability (AIS), Office of Student Activities (OSA), the Sanggunian ng mga Mag aaral ng Paaralang Loyola ng Ateneo de Manila (SANGGUNIAN), Pre-Medical Society of Ateneo (PMSA), Health Sciences Society (HSS), Council of Organizations of the Ateneo (COA), Ateneo Biological Association (Ateneo BOX), Ateneo Resident Students Association (ARSA), Fitness Improvement Team (FIT) and Ateneo Peers.
