Don't Sit, Get FIT
Make fitness and fun your resolution for this year by joining the Higher Education Fitness Programs entitled “Don't Sit, Get Fit”.
Pre-registration is now on-going from January 17- 26, 2024 on a first-come, first-served basis with a minimal registration fee found through this link . We will send further details and instructions via email to interested participants.
CARDIO AEROBICS (Every Monday and Wednesday, 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm at LSPE Dance studio)
Get your heart rate up and your large muscle groups working to increase endurance, lower blood pressure, lower your cardiovascular risk, and boost your bone density with our very own P.E. Coach Regine Clemente.
VINYASA YOGA (Every Tuesday and Friday, 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm at LSPE Dance studio)
Seek to sync breathing with movement, improve mental focus and help achieve a deeper state of inner peace with our certified yoga instructor Ms. Naomi Tan-Mabasa.
CROSSFIT TRAINING (Every Friday, 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm at the LSPE WEIGHTS GYM)
This is high-intensity training that anyone can do. Help improve your physical and mental strength with certified Crossfit Coach Dino Mercado.

“Don't Sit, Get Fit is a collaborative program of the Higher Education Physical Education Programs and the Office of the University Physician and Clinic, Higher Education Office of Health Services-Loyola Schools, with the support of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (OSH), and the Ateneo Food Safety and Nutrition Advisory Council (AFSNAC), with members from other unit offices and student organizations namely: Office for Food Safety and Quality Assurance (OFSQA),Ateneo Institute of Sustainability (AIS), Office of Student Activities (OSA), the Sanggunian ng mga Mag aaral ng Paaralang Loyola ng Ateneo de Manila (SANGGUNIAN), Pre-Medical Society of Ateneo (PMSA), Health Sciences Society (HSS), Council of Organizations of the Ateneo (COA), Ateneo Biological Association (Ateneo BOX), Ateneo Resident Students Association (ARSA), Fitness Improvement Team (FIT) and Ateneo Peers.
