October Medal and Eucharistic Celebration

In our school, everyone gets a medal… 

Every October, members of the Ateneo community wear the miraculous medal bearing the image of the University’s patroness, Mama Mary. The medal is a reminder of our Mother’s offer of help, comfort, and guidance and wearing it is a show of faith in the Lady’s intercession and in God’s love. 

This year, October medals will be given for free on Tuesday, 3 October 2023 at the Church of the Gesù.

11:30AM Start of Confession

12:00NN Praying of the Rosary

12:30PM Holy Mass (with blessing and distribution of the medals)

Father RB Q. Hizon SJ will be our presider. We encourage everyone to wear blue, the color of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Sa aming paaralan, nagkakamit ng medalya ang lahat... 

Tuwing Oktubre, nagsusuot ang mga miyembro ng komunidad ng Ateneo ng mahimalang medalya na nagtataglay ng imahe ng patron ng Unibersidad, si Inang Maria. Ang medalya ay isang paalala ng tulong, kapanatagan at patnubay na handog ng ating Ina at ang pagsusuot nito ay pagpapakita ng paniniwala sa Kanyang pamamagitan at sa pag-ibig ng Diyos.

Sa taong ito, ang mga October medals ay ipagkakaloob nang walang bayad sa Martes, ika-3 ng Oktubre 2023, sa Simbahan ng Gesù.

12:30NH Banal na Misa (kung kailan magkakaroon ng pagbabasbas at pamamahagi ng mga medalya)

Si Padre RB Q. Hizon SJ ang ating tagapamuno. Hinihikayat ang lahat na magsuot ng asul, ang kulay ng Mahal na Birheng Maria.
