Film Showing-The Wandering Earth

In celebration of the School of Social Sciences (SOSS) Week, the Ateneo Ricardo Leong Center for Chinese Studies together with the Ateneo Chinese Studies Program would like to invite everyone to watch the free movie screening titled: "The Wandering Earth".

Synopsis:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

In 2061, the Earth was in threat because of the sun’s rapid expansion. As a response, the world worked as one to create the “Wandering Earth” Project in hopes of migrating the Earth into a new solar system. As the years went by, the project was successful in moving the Earth towards its destination. However, due to some trajectory errors, the Earth heads in a collision course to Jupiter. In hopes to save humanity, all kinds of people fight hard against all the obstacles they face.
