In its 10th year, Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) supports its member universities, research institutes, and civil society organizations among others to play a leading role in sustainable development in their respective countries and/or regions. For the first time, the SDSN networks of the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Thailand are jointly organizing a webinar intended for university and high school students who are exploring to pursue a lead role in sustainability in their respective communities.
The “Incubating Sustainable Solutions” webinar is an avenue for the youth to hear about the journey of three sustainability champions from different countries about their innovations for sustainable development. University and high school students can expect to hear practical tips in spotting sustainability ventures in their localities and jumpstarting their ideas, as well as inspiration from the successes and challenges in the journey of the invited champions.
This event is jointly organized by SDSN Philippines, Ateneo Institute of Sustainability (AIS), Ateneo Environmental Science Society (AESS), and The Development Society of the Ateneo (DevSoc), together with SDSN Hong Kong and SDSN Thailand through The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Jockey Club Museum of Climate Change, SDG Move, and Thammasat University.
The webinar will be on 19 April 2023 (Wednesday) at 3:00–5:00PM (Manila time).
