The National Health Service Consortium for Global Health (NHSC), British Embassy Manila (BEM), the Ateneo School of Government (ASOG), and the Ateneo Institute of Philippine Culture (AdMU-IPC) invite you to the Innovations in Healthcare and Governance webinar series to be held via Zoom from March 29-30, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
The first session on March 29 is titled ‘Enabling innovation in primary care in the UK and the Philippines’. We will be joined by Dr. Mary Rose Shears of Health Education England, Dr. Johnny Lyon-Maris and Dr. Dmitri Varsamis of NHS England, and Dr. Mario Villaverde of the Ateneo School of Government. This online lecture will highlight health systems management innovations that would enable better delivery of health services and facilitate linkages between primary and secondary care facilities.
The second session on March 30 will be about ‘Enabling innovation in the health workforce development: ensuring readiness and agility for a digital future in Healthcare and Health Education’. This session will feature Mr. Richard Price of NHS England and Dr. Kenneth Hartigan-Go of the Ateneo School of Government. This session will focus on the UK and Philippine perspectives on health workforce training and development through digital technologies.
