Senatorial Candidates' Forum on the Environment

The Disaster Risk Reduction Network Philippines (DRRNet) of which the Ateneo de Manila University is a member, invites the university community to the  Senatorial Candidates' Forum on the Environment  that is scheduled on 3 dates: on 30 March 2022, 6 April 2022, and 13 April 2022, at 10:00 am.

As part of the network's electoral respective advocacy efforts, the Philippine Misereor Partnership Inc.; Caucus of Development NGO Networks; Ecowaste Coalition; DRRNet Philippines; Caritas Philippines; and Center For Social Concern and Action - COSCA are coming together for an electoral forum on the environment for senatorial candidates.

It is hoped that the forum would bring to a dialogue key environmental issues - the challenges of climate change and an eco-centric development and governance paradigm. The speakers shall also highlight their specific environmental advocacies and agenda as points for dialogue.
