Venue of Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement Exercises 2024 (Memo No. AGSB-OD-2425-028)

We are pleased to announce the onsite venues for the Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement Exercises for the Ateneo Graduate School of Business Class of 2024. The ceremonies will take place on 15 December 2024, at 2:00 pm.

1. Hyundai Hall, Soledad V Pangilinan Arts Wing, Areté
   
   • Both the Baccalaureate Mass and the Commencement Exercises will be held in this venue.
   • This venue will host our graduates, guests of medalists, faculty members, and the stage party.
   • Due to limited seating, additional guests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Leong Auditorium, Dr Rosita and Ricardo Leong Hall
   
   • Located on the ground floor of the building directly across from Areté, this venue will host guests, administrators, and selected faculty members.
   • The ceremonies in Hyundai Hall will be live-streamed in Leong Auditorium.

We are sharing this information in advance to assist graduates and their guests in their preparations for this significant occasion. Additionally, please remember that there will be a rehearsal on 14 December, Saturday, at 9:00 am. The rehearsal will take place at the Hyundai Hall for onsite graduation attendees and will also be accessible via Zoom for those attending the graduation online. Attendance at the rehearsal is mandatory.
