Bangsamoro Youth Commission Ideation Impact Challenge (IIC)
The Ideation Impact Challenge (IIC) seeks to transform ideas into a creative intervention from which the community would benefit through a set of competitive criteria. Ideation, in a broader sense, is the process of coming up with fresh concepts or ideas, frequently in response to a specific opportunity or challenge. Though it is a crucial aspect of the creative process, ideation is merely the first step towards making a genuine difference in the world. Individuals or teams must be able to effectively convert their ideas into action and implement them if they are to have an influence.
Evaluating an idea’s viability and potential is the first stage in turning ideation into action. This entails evaluating the resources needed to realize the idea, such as money, people, and time, as well as any potential risks and difficulties that might appear. This assessment should also take into account the idea’s prospective effects on society as a whole as well as its immediate advantages.

British Herpetological Society Student Grant Scheme
Apply for small grants for supporting herpetological fieldwork and other research costs.
The Society welcomes applications on a biannual basis (closing dates 1st June and 1st December) for the Student Grant Scheme (SGS). The SGS offers small grants, normally not exceeding £300 (approximately US $450), to current students, and is principally aimed at supporting fieldwork and other research costs. Undergraduate and masters-level postgraduate students are the intended focus of the Scheme, but PhD students will be eligible if the research is completed within one year.
The Scheme is intended to promote a scientific interest in herpetology through short, well-defined research projects with clear aims and demonstrable applications to our understanding of herpetology, and/or to herpetofauna conservation. Projects which benefit species of conservation concern are likely to be favoured.

Cooperative AI Research Grants
The Cooperative AI Foundation's (CAIF’s) mission is to support research that will improve the cooperative intelligence of advanced AI systems for the benefit of all of humanity. We will consider proposals that meet the following conditions:
1. The proposal must be for a research project (as opposed to, for example, an educational or advocacy project);
2. The proposal must be focused on the development of AI to help address multi-agent/cooperation problems;
3. The proposal must be such that the results could be relevant for the most advanced AI systems, including future systems;
4. The proposal should aim to contribute in a major way to societally beneficial AI development.

Pairi Daiza Foundation Grant for Biodiversity and Conservation Research
The Pairi Daiza Foundation was created from the desire to draw attention to the value of biodiversity, to create a stronger bond with nature, and to create a lasting commitment to its conservation. Apart from the objectives of conservation and education, we are convinced that the presence of animals in zoological parks must also be synonymous with scientific progress that is beneficial for endangered species. Pairi Daiza Foundation provides opportunities to Researchers via project funding or sampling agreements. Pairi Daiza Park belongs to the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA) and the Pairi Daiza Foundation is a member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
Since 2021, the Pairi Daiza Foundation and the Royal Belgian Zoological Society aim to encourage with a grant (2.500 euros) research dealing with Animal Biodiversity Conservation.
The Pairi Daiza Foundation aims also at reaching Science advances to the general public and, therefore, the research supported by the grant could be communicated to the public through Pairi Daiza communication media (including – but not restricted to – social media, print, and television media) and therefore obtain significant visibility in a general public.

Froebel Trust Research Grants
The research we fund includes critical studies and impact evaluations. The Froebel Trust aims to use its funded research to provide insights and create resources for parents, carers and professionals who work with young children and their families - and to inform policymaking.
We are keen to receive research grant applications for projects which are clearly connected to early education and nursery school practice today. We particularly welcome applications to fund projects and researchers working with children, families and/or schools and settings in areas of deprivation across the UK. Priority will be given to high-scoring grant applicants who have never received Froebel Trust funding before.
If you are interested in applying for a grant:
1. Have a look at our case study map with examples of Froebel Trust funded projects
2. Search by keyword through our online Froebel Trust funded research and project library for examples of what we've funded before.
