Call for Applications: Third Party Food Kiosks or Food Stalls for the Simbang Gabi

The University Business Affairs Office invites Third Party Food Business Operators (FBOs) interested to apply to operate food kiosks/stalls on a short-term basis for special campus events such as the Simbang Gabi happening from December 15, Thursday to 23, Friday.
Applicants must be able to submit the basic requirements as listed below:
- Applicants must be a registered Food Business Operator (FBO). They will need to provide their Mayor’s Business Permit as well as DTI Registration if a single proprietorship or SEC Registration if a corporation. They must be able to provide an Official Receipt to customers.
- The FBO must have a valid Sanitary Permit and the Health Cards of their Food Handlers must not be expired.
- The FBO must abide by the University’s Food Safety Mandates (FSM). Please download, read, and sign the form by clicking here. (On the 10th and last page is the conforme part that needs to be signed and uploaded by the applicant.)
- The FBO must abide by the University’s food packaging practices as well as always follow proper waste management. Please read the Ateneo Food Packaging Primer here.
- A Menu List with prices will also need to be submitted.
Please send an email to ubao@ateneo.edu with your letter of intent and company profile. An email with the link to submit your requirements will then be sent to you. After the submission of requirements, successful applicants will receive the terms of engagement for their consideration. Please submit as soon as you can. There will only be at most 16 stalls available for the Simbang Gabi.
