Call for Nominations to the ASOG Dean Search Committee (Memo U2122-031)

Dr Ronald U Mendoza will end his term as Dean of the Ateneo School of Government (ASOG) on 31 May 2022. I write the university community to help me form a Search Committee for the ASOG Dean, for a 3-year term (SY 2022-2023 to SY 2024-2025).

I would appreciate it if the nominations for the members of the Search Committee were submitted to the Office of the President via email (president@ateneo.edu) on or before 22 October 2021.

I shall then appoint the Search Committee which will go through the next steps of the process:

1. Creating a list of possible candidates;
2. Interviewing the candidates and resource persons;
3. Recommending three possible names to the President

I hope that the Search Committee will complete its report by January 2022. This will enable me to make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees for their approval during the February 2022 meeting.
