Final Examination Schedule for Graduating Students, Second Semester SY 2024-2025

The Second Semester, SY 2024-2025 Final Assessment schedule for Graduating Students may now be viewed through this link.
In cases of schedule conflict involving:
Students and Faculty concerned must agree on an alternative schedule (day/time). The Department/Program Secretary must report changes to the Office of the University Registrar through this GSheet, REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN FINAL ASSESSMENT SCHEDULE SECOND SEM SY 2024-2025 no later than Thursday, 24 April 2025, for classroom assignments.
Students must consult and request their teachers to allow them to take the assessment on a different schedule.
Conflicts in schedule may be verified through the posted examination schedule. The schedule covers all types of final assessments to be held from 28-30 April 2025, Monday - Wednesday.
Any assessments scheduled outside these dates must be arranged and communicated by the concerned department and faculty member. Please ensure that students are informed in advance and that the necessary rooms/venues are reserved accordingly.
Please be reminded also that no regular classes for graduating students should be held during the assessment period to avoid scheduling conflicts.
