The ATENEO DE MANILA UNIVERSITY invites all interested bidders, whether foreign or local, to bid for the following, subject to the conditions of eligibility consistent with RA 9184.

All prospective bidders shall undergo the accreditation process of the ATENEO DE MANILA UNIVERSITY. The schedule of bidding activities are as follows:
- ISSUANCE AND AVAILABILITY OF BID DOCUMENTS: August 10 to August 25, 2022
- ONLINE PRE-BID CONFERENCE: August 23, 2022, 10:30 AM; via Zoom. Invitation will be sent to interested bidders
- DEADLINE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF BIDS: September 6, 2022, 12:00 noon; Gate 1 or 3, Ateneo de Manila University, Katipunan Ave., Loyola Heights, Quezon City
- ONLINE OPENING OF BIDS: September 8, 2022, 2:00 PM; via Zoom. Invitations will be sent to all bidders who submitted tenders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding consistent with RA9184. Late bids shall not be accepted. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the contact information given below.
