Subject: Appeals for Change of Grade for Courses Taken in the Second Semester, SY 2021-2022
Please find attached the procedure for submission of student-initiated appeals for change of grade to the Standards Committee through the Office of the ADAA (for appeals of undergraduate students) or the Office of the ADGP (for appeals of graduate students).
Appeals for change of grade must be submitted within the semester following the electronic release of final grades. Hence, for the Second Semester SY 2021-2022 grades, appeals must be submitted before the end of the First Semester SY 2022-2023.
Appeals with complete documentation submitted by 7 June 2022 will be included in the Standards Committee meeting scheduled for 10 June 2022. Kindly inquire from the Office of the ADAA at appeals.standards.adaa.ls@ateneo.edu about the dates of subsequent meetings and the corresponding deadline for submission of appeals.
For student-initiated appeals, the form is available for download from the AISIS Online home page: http://aisisonline.ateneo.edu and on the Office of the ADAA site: https://sites.google.com/ateneo.edu/oadaa/appeals/change-of-grade.
Thank you very much.
