First Year Admission, Local Applicant
You are considered a local applicant if you are studying in, or graduated from, a school within the Philippines.
You are considered a first-year college applicant if you are still in the last year of secondary education.
If you have already graduated from secondary education AND you meet the following criteria, you will be considered a first-year college applicant if:
- you have not yet enrolled in a college/university, AND
- you have not yet taken any college/university units/courses before and/or during the application and confirmation period.
For the incoming first year batch for School Year 2025-2026, all applications will be submitted online.

Before starting your application, review your degree program and scholarship options carefully. Prepare all the required supporting documents beforehand.
Application Form and Documentary Requirements
Apply via the Application Portal. Fill out the appropriate application form and upload your supporting documents.
Supporting Documents for Uploading
- PSA or NSO copy of Birth Certificate (or its equivalent abroad)*
- Copy of Grade 9-11 report card/s (*Any copy of your grades, may it be a screenshot, photo, or soft copy, so long as your name, the name of your school, and your grades are clearly visible on it.)
- List of extracurricular activities
- Payment slip / transaction receipt as proof of payment of application fee (see “Application Fee Payment” below)
- Additional documentation, if applicable (ex. IB grades, SAT results, among others)
High School Record and Recommendations
- High School Record Form
- Guidance Counselor / Class Adviser’s Recommendation Form
- Subject Teacher’s Recommendation Form

Application Fee Payment
Pay the application fee: Php 600 for applicants studying in schools within the Philippines.
Applicants from public high schools or public science high schools in the Philippines are exempted from paying the application fee. In lieu of a payment slip, the applicant may upload a copy of their Grade 11 or Grade 12 ID, or alternatively, their enrollment or registration form for Grade 12.
Applicants from private high schools in the Philippines who fulfill all these conditions:
- Graduate or graduating student must be natural-born Filipino citizen;
- Student must belong to top 10 percent of graduating class;
- Student must also belong to family whose combined household income falls below poverty threshold as defined by NEDA;
may be exempted from paying the application fee upon submission of a PDF file containing the following:
- a certificate from their school stating that they are part of the top 10 percent of their graduating batch
- a certificate of indigency from their barangay, and
- a letter written and signed by their parents explaining their financial situation.
There are various methods of payment available; choose the most convenient method for you. Once payment is made, please save your proof of payment (payment slip/email/receipt) as it is part of the requirements for application.
Scholarship Application
If applying for financial aid, fill out and submit the Financial Aid Questionnaire and the required supporting documents.

Completion and Submission of Application
Complete and submit your application on or before 27 September 2024. We encourage you to finish your application way before this deadline.
Decision
Application results will be released by May 2025, via email.
Note: If an applicant is found to be misrepresenting or falsifying a document/s, their application will be rejected or their acceptance will be withdrawn.
